Paul M. Nelson is an experienced videographer and visual storyteller. He has a skillset that includes: video production, post-production, photography, drone piloting, live event streaming, visual art installations and more. His work focuses on creating high impact, visually appealing digital content. Previous collaborations span a broad range of subject matter working with a diverse group of creatives.

One of the first videos I created while working and traveling around New Zealand many years ago. Shot on a $200 camera, it won a worldwide video competition for a work abroad marketing campaign.
Inspired by some open source software developed by the clever guys at Teehan+Lax Labs, I decided to recreate some of my first year in New Zealand with a virtual road trip at warp speed. It took weeks of arduous image capture and editing. All imagery was captured from Google Street View data and compiled, edited and manipulated to create the finished piece.
Born out of a passion for travel and new experiences, the Illuminated Vagabond was a photo/video blog of my New Zealand work and travel gap year.
Time Montage was part of the documentation for my Master of Visual Arts degree. The project explored various experimental video methods including 360 video, timelapse and interactive visual art.
